Toronto Celebrates 10 Years of Ethereum with ETHWomen & ETHToronto
A weeklong celebration of blockchain innovation and inclusive Web3 community arrives May 11–17, 2025
The birthplace of Ethereum is gearing up for a major milestone. As Ethereum marks its 10-year anniversary, Toronto will host a week of events that reflect how far the ecosystem has come—and where it’s heading next.
At the center of this celebration are two standout gatherings: ETHWomen and ETHToronto, both taking place on May 13, 2025, as part of the Blockchain Futurist Conference and Canada Crypto Week. With over 100 events scheduled across the city, Canada Crypto Week is set to turn Toronto into the heart of Web3 for one full week.
ETHWomen: Empowering Women in Web3
Now in its third edition, ETHWomen is a free, female-focused Web3 event dedicated to amplifying women's voices and leadership in blockchain. It takes place from 11:00 AM to 2:30 PM on the Upper Stage of the Blockchain Futurist Conference.
The program includes speakers, panels, networking, and concludes with a Blockchain4Her ETHWomen Happy Hour at 1:00 PM upstairs.
ETHToronto: A Technical Deep Dive Into Web3
Following ETHWomen, the fourth annual ETHToronto will run from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM on the same stage. The event will feature presentations and panels on the technical challenges and opportunities facing Web3 developers.
This year also marks the launch of “Wonder to the Future”, a hackathon powered by WonderFi Labs. Running from May 13–31, the hackathon focuses on gasless transactions and Layer 2 innovation.

Looking Ahead: ETHWomen Miami
ETHWomen won’t end in Toronto. The second edition this year will take place in Greater Miami, Florida at the Hard Rock Seminole Hotel & DAER Dayclub, November 5–6, 2025, alongside the U.S. debut of the Blockchain Futurist Conference.
